Refunds Policy

at glimy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your equipment, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The shipping rate will not be refunded.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not qualify for a refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returning your item, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
